The School Garden Project provides critical education to grade school kids about science, nutrition and lifestyle literacy. There is a school garden only a few blocks from where I live and its a wonderful location for teaching kids,,, on the ground, hands in the soil but its also about nutrition and taking care of one's own health and well being.
